Versatility best describes the enigma that is DJ Phats. He is seen almost as much as he is heard. His larger than life presence on television easily transfers to the voice on radio.

His infectious laughter and booming voice keeps you tuned in and turned on, a fun guy, moving you from mellow vibes into a party popping frenzy.

In his quiet moments he writes poetry, and is a self proclaimed “Egyptologist” who wants to visit Egypt some day.

When he loves something, nothing will stop him from acquiring it. He is lactose intolerant but will still eat out his grandmother’s ice cream.

Musically he has said that he will defend Tupac Shakur as being the greatest musical mind of all time.

Growing up Phats whose real name is Christopher, was the king of extracurricular activities and claims he attended every football camp there was, his mom always wanted him to explore the world.

Phats is simple and unique; aiming to always make people smile, using his own smile as a weapon.
