Road fatalities increase

The owner of the popular Wings Roti shop in Pasea , Vashist Singh ,was killed in a vehicular accident at half past two this morning.

     The accident occurred on the Priority Bus Route in Tunapuna when another vehicle broke a red light and crashed into Singh’s vehicle.

      A young man Ronald Ramperasd who was in Singh’s vehicle was injured in the crash.

      Only yesterday a mother and her 17 year old daughter were killed in a car accident near the Gasparillo flyover. Forty seven year old Radha Ramnath and her daughter Vanita were travelling on the south bound lane of the Solomon Hochoy Highway when a car from the opposite lane landed on their vehicle.

           Jeewan Ramnath the husband of Radha remains in a critical condition at hospital.
