Sony's 'Men in Black 3” has passed the $500 million mark at the worldwide box office.
The second sequel in the franchise has made $139.5 million in the U.S. and $364.6 million overseas so far.
"MIB3" has a ways to go to catch the original film, which took in $589 million globally in 1997. The first sequel did $441 million worldwide in 2002.
