50 Cent suffers minor neck and back injuries in accident

50 Cent just can’t seem to catch a break, just A month after the rapper was hospitalized with a blockage in his small intestine, he was back in the hospital again Tuesday morning, this time it was because of a car accident.

He has since been released and is home nursing some minor neck and back injuries.

According to his website, 50’s black bullet-proof SUV almost flipped over after it was rear-ended by a Mack truck while driving on the Long Island Expressway in New York City.
